AARP Activity

Everett was an active member of AARP (American Association of Retired Persons), in particular the Lincoln Northeast Chapter. He was the Treasurer of the chapter for about 25 years.

On September 20, 2018, the chapter gave Everett a 100th birthday party and present him with a cake.

Not only did the Chapter talk about retirement issues, it was also involved in various charitable activities. One such activity was to create thank you bags for the volunteer drivers who deliver meals to house-bound individuals.
